We’ve seen pictures on social media of wild animals coming into cities and sauntering along the empty streets but never thought we would see it here. Clare’s Mum’s old house is in the centre of town, but two days ago we had an unexpected visitation from these little guys! We have named them Sonny and Cher.
It’s been a busy week. Noel has done extra shifts as a community nurse and has been signed off on new skills which he is delighted about. Clare is now helping out as a researcher with a team from the University of Southampton on two studies evaluating two forms of rapid testing for Covid 19. So the days pass pretty quickly.
On sunny days we have been cycling in the beautiful spring countryside and doing the garden. On wet days we light a log fire and picnic indoors.
We celebrated May the 4th by doing a Star Wars jigsaw, a wonderful gift from Noel’s son James! Hope you are all keeping safe and May the 4th be with you!!!
